Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days.

2. Shipping Time: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Estimated shipping times are  3-5 business days within the US, 7-14 business days internationally

3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

4. Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. International Shipping: We may offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your HOF gear! We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be in new, unworn condition.  

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Email us with your order number, name, the item you wish to exchange, and the item you would like to receive in exchange (including size and/or color).
  2. We will confirm the availability of the exchange item and provide you with a return shipping address.
  3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will ship out your exchange within 5 business days.

Exceptions:

  • All clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
