Giving Back

One of our core values as a brand is giving back to the fishing community. Two times per year, HOF will donate a portion of our profits to a fishery-related organization. Suggestions for wonderful organizations, which support the fishing community and the men, women, and children of the working waterfront are always welcome. 

  1. December 17, 2023 to New England Fisherman's Stewardship Association (NEFSA) in the amount of $500.
  2. June 4, 2024 HOF was a sponsor for the 15th Annual Bass Harbor Lobster Boat Races in Maine in the amount of $400. This is the only event in the circuit that does not charge an entry fee to participants so sponsorship is crucial to the sucess of the event.
  3. Dec 12, 2024  HOF’s year end donation was made to the Homeless Prevention Council for their Adopt a Family program. Based on last period sales, we were able to donate $400 to support a local Cape Cod family this holiday season.

  4. JUNE 2025  We are honored to announce our latest donation to the Gloucester Fishermen’s Wives Development Programs (GFWDP) (https://gfwa.org/), a 501(c)(3) organization that provides education, training, research, and support for ocean ecosystem conservation, promotion of underutilized species, and crucial transitional programs and social services for fishing families.
